• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to attend an appointment without notice may be considered a no-show.

2. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice. In such cases, Oleet Spa reserves the right to:

• Charge the full service amount
• Require prepayment for future bookings
• Decline future appointment requests

3. Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided for completed services.
• Prepaid services may be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation was made within the required notice period and the service has not yet been rendered.

Treatment Waiver & Consent

By booking or receiving services at Oleet Spa, you confirm that:

• I am in suitable health to receive spa treatments and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
• I understand that spa services involve physical contact and may cause temporary discomfort or reactions.
• I agree to inform my therapist of any discomfort during the treatment and understand I may request modification or termination at any time.
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with spa treatments and release Oleet Spa from liability for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or normal treatment effects, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
